Founder
Steve founded Fulton Construction in 1979 and it has evolved into a leading residential construction company.
Steve is in charge of new construction sales and estimating. He is also involved with the placement and elevation, as well as the framing details of each house he builds. He is head of quality control on every job, and he focuses on the unseen details so homeowners can enjoy the building process with peace of mind.
He is a member and past president of the Home Builders Association of Lincoln, a member of the Nebraska Green Building Council, Remodelers Council of Lincoln and a National Home Builders Association Life Director. He is the recipient of many professional awards including Nebraska Builder of the Year, SCC Outstanding Alumni (Milford campus) and Distinguished Alumni of Nebraska Community Colleges Award.
As a native Nebraskan, Steve was raised on a farm near Wymore where he developed his love for hunting, fishing, and all things outdoors. He and his wife Mary Beth reside in Lincoln.
